At OverseasImports, we carefully inspect and prepare orders before they leave our fulfillment warehouse in South Korea. Due to the international nature of our fulfillment process and the hygiene requirements surrounding skincare and beauty products, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or change-of-mind requests once an order has been placed.

Please carefully review your selected products, shipping information, and order details before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

To help us resolve the issue, please provide:

Your order number
Clear photographs of the package and product
A description of the issue
Any relevant delivery information

Our team will review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Refunds are not provided for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or failure to review product information before purchase.

If an order is approved for a refund following an eligible issue, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to an inaccurate or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Customs & Refused Deliveries

International orders may be subject to customs procedures, duties, or import fees determined by the destination country.

If a customer refuses delivery or fails to collect a package because of customs charges or other destination-country requirements, the order remains subject to our final-sale policy.
